We got to Kivelas Sat. afternoon, spent Sunday going to church and just loofing. We left monday, went to Springfield and down 65. That was a mistake, 65 thru Arkanasas is all curves to Little Rock. By noon when we wanted to eat we were at Marshall. We pulled into a resterant parking lot only to find it closed. Next door was a livestock aucton barn and a hole in the wall that served food- they said.We ate what they a\had and moved on. Then we stopped in Hope for the nite. Checked out the motel room, and it looked ok. Went out to eat and when we got back the bath tub had dirty water in it.They opened the bathroom next door for us. By morning out tub was nearly full. So much for Arknasas.
We arrived in Rockport - Wed. Oct 31. With the help of our neighbor Jim, we got set up. The next day the ground fault in the bath room tripped. That cut of thej plugs in the kitchen and the refg. I used the air drier ever day untill tuesday. The fog lifted and they died out and worked. I think it was the outside plug. Other than that the biggest problem has been the live oak trees. The acorns have been bombing our trailer bed room.
